StudioÄix will accept returns within 30 days of delivery should you decide to not keep your order. The products must be in their original condition and packaging. The only items we will not provide a refund for are samples, final sales, and some sale items. We will not refund any shipping or brokerage charges. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized in advance.
If you would like to request a return, simply send us an email to email@example.com and we will help you with your return.
It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping to our facility. We recommend that returns are shipped with a trackable method since the product is your responsibility until it has arrived at our facility and we have cleared it of any damages from return shipping. Once cleared, we will provide the refund to the original method of payment and email you accordingly. In the event the returned product is damaged and nonrefundable, a photo and damage report will be emailed to you.
All canceled orders will be refunded immediately within 10 days of the cancellation. This pertains to all orders, whether they have shipped or not. If your canceled order has shipped, there will be associated shipping and possibly brokerage charges.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot guarantee shipping times as we use 3rd party carriers. If you would like to cancel and return your order because of shipping delays, you will still be charged for the return.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
FINAL SALE (if applicable)
Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you want to exchange the item(s) because you have changed your mind (want a different color, different product, etc) please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is within 30 days from time of purchase, we will allow you to exchange the product at no charge except for shipping charges for both the returned product and new product and any difference in the price. Of course, we will refund you should the price of the new product be lower than that of the exchanged product.
If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery to your facility, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not sign for damaged products. Once signed for, the product is your property and StudioÄix is no longer responsible for it.
We will fully replace items that arrive damaged. If the product arrives damaged, please do not sign for it and make sure that the delivery company notes the damage on the Bill of Lading, if there is one. Please email us at email@example.com a photo of the signed and notated Bill of Lading along with photos of the damaged product.If damage is found, a claim must be filed immediately. To file a claim, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims received after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
